The MFC Risk Hotline is a system that enables people to directly report a matter to or consult with outside law firms when they obtain information about risks including conduct that is, or is suspected to be, illegal. This hotline can be used by not only Mitsui Fine Chemicals employees (and their family members) but by everyone engaged in our business activities, including our business partners and consigned processors.
The name and affiliations of the person reporting a matter to or discussing information about risks with the hotline and the content of their communications will be kept strictly confidential. Additionally, neither the individual who submits a report to the hotline nor the group to which they belong will be treated unfavorably by Mitsui Fine Chemicals because of their report or consultation.
