- Administrative operations related to residence tax undertaken by an employer or payer in accordance with local taxation laws
- Administrative operations pertaining to social insurance undertaken by an employer in accordance with the Health Insurance Act
- Administrative operations pertaining to pension insurance undertaken by an employer in accordance with the Welfare Pension Insurance Act
- Administrative operations pertaining to pension insurance undertaken by an employer in accordance with the Corporate Pension Benefits Act
- Administrative operations pertaining to labor insurance undertaken by an employer in accordance with the Employment Insurance Act
- Administrative operations pertaining to nursing care insurance undertaken by an employer in accordance with the Long-Term Care Insurance Act
- Administrative operations pertaining to nursing care insurance undertaken by an employer in accordance with the Industrial Accident Compensation Insurance Act
- Administrative operations related to the attaching of individual numbers to documents in connection with the aforementioned operations, and all operations arising in connection with the aforementioned operations

The Company will not provide personal information to a third party except as follows.
- When the individual has consented to the provision of the information to a third party
