2. Increase productivity by upgrading and diversifying IT systems

  •  ◆ Improve operational efficiency by upgrading internal systems
  •  ◆ Improve logistics efficiency throughout the supply chain, including procurement, manufacturing and sales

3. Develop a sustainable corporate culture

  •   Reform work styles (reduce overtime hours, improvement of annual leave utilization rate)
